I was referred to Debbie through the Navy Federal Home Buying program. And as I sit here in my new house full of boxes I can say Debbie did an awesome job getting us to this point. What I appreciated most was how punctual and flexible she was with scheduling the house visits and everything that followed after we were under contact. Debbie was always 5 minutes or more early to any tours we had scheduled, and I never once felt rushed or pushed to anyone home. My sister and I were very satisfied with the services provided by Debbie Duncan. She provided a thorough market analysis for our Dad's house in Vacaville. She seems to know the market very well and helped us a lot, as we were looking to sell our deceased father's home. It is definitely a sellers market right now and Debbie was able to field multiple high quality offers with the house selling for above asking price. She helped us go through the offers to determine which ones had the best merits. No small feat when dealing with many offers. She communicated on a regular basis and promptly provided all the forms necessary to fulfill our end of the process. Being a first time buyer I first found a loan company that didnt come through for me but Debbie put me onto her contact and with my time limit decreasing she found the houses, after a good few we looked at, she pushed hard to get it closed with all inspections completed that had to be done, I think we closed in 25 days So grateful for Debbie and the people she works with to make this happen Thank you Debbie Your the best

Debbie was our realtor three years ago when we bought our first home. She was amazing. We knew our time in that location wouldn't be forever and told each other that when we sell we are 100% going with her. Fast forward to Jan 2020 and it's time to sell. Debbie knocked it out if the park, even through all of the Covid stuff. We thought she was amazing before we left and now having bought a home in a new location we realize just how much extra we got with her. Buying and selling with her were seemless and she is so on it with everything, it was really the easiest process in the world for us. And quick, when we were buying our offers were super quick to put in and selling, we sold in a weekend. We were very young and new first time buyers and she could have made so much more commission if she just stayed silent, but she was honest about what she saw wrong with some of the houses we viewed. I really appreciated that, and so did my wallet.

I can't say enough good things about Debbie! She is the only person I would use for buying and selling. It can be a very stressful process but Debbie seriously knows what she's doing and she's very compassionate, understanding, a great personality, and will always reply to any texts, emails, or phone calls. There is much more I want to say but not enough space! Don't hesitate go with Debbie you won't regret it!

The sale of our rental home had many roadblocks and gauntlets. Debbie Duncan negotiated each one with strong resolve. She kept us informed with emails and conversations to explain all of the detours that she was able to overcome. Ms Duncan has been our sales agent on to other properties in the past and all of the have been very positive professional dealings.

Debbie is amazing! My husband and I worked with Debbie in both buying and selling a home and she was great. Very personable, while professional at the same time. Anytime we asked for or needed something, she promptly followed through and was great at pointing out things we may have missed or didn't know. When you're working with Debbie, you always get the sense that she's keeping your best interests in mind - open to whatever style of house you have want, but willing to talk you down if it's going to be a really bad deal. Debbie Duncan helped us sell the home she helped us buy 4 years ago. She took very good care of us. Her experience goes way beyond having an open house and social media uploads.
